Development plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.
Also contained in this new document release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated plans to build upon the substantial island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and features a notes section labelling distinct sections of the property.
Alongside this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as designs for marina coverings.
Additional documentation released as part of the current oversight disclosure.
